Inspection-ready
Fluoroscopic QA & Compliance Testing
California facilities that use fluoroscopy need their equipment kept in compliance and ready for state inspection. Hill Imaging tests C-arms and R/F rooms, documents the results, and fixes what doesn't pass, often in the same visit.

Find it and fix it in one trip
Because we're service engineers, a failed measurement doesn't just go on a report for someone else to deal with. In most cases we can adjust, calibrate or repair the system on the spot and retest.
Working with your physicist
Your medical physicist's survey is still required where the rules call for it. We work alongside physicists, prepare equipment before a survey, and correct anything their survey finds.
California's requirements come from the Department of Public Health Radiologic Health Branch (Title 17). If you're not sure what applies to your facility, ask us and we'll help you sort it out.

Questions
How often should fluoroscopy equipment be tested?
Most facilities test at least yearly and again after major repairs such as a tube or image intensifier replacement. Your physicist can confirm the schedule that applies to you.
Do you test equipment you don't normally service?
Yes. We can test any C-arm or R/F room we support, whoever services it day to day.
What do we get afterward?
Written results for your records, plus a service report for any repairs.
