What we work on

Generators: fault diagnosis, kV and mA calibration, exposure timing
X-ray tubes: replacement, seasoning and heat-related faults
Automatic exposure control (AEC) calibration
Tables and tube stands: motion, locks, tilt, float and bucky problems
Wall stands and buckies
Collimators: lamps, light-field alignment and blades
R/F rooms: fluoroscopic image chain, image intensifiers and TV systems
Control consoles, interlocks and room wiring

Older rooms are welcome

Plenty of rooms still produce good images long after the manufacturer stops supporting them. We troubleshoot down to the board and source parts so a working room doesn't have to be replaced just because the factory moved on.

After the repair

We check calibration and image quality before handing the room back, and you get a written service report. If the room needs routine attention, a PM schedule keeps it predictable.

Do you service R/F rooms as well as straight radiographic rooms?

Yes, both. R/F rooms add a fluoroscopic image chain, which we also service and test.

Can you replace an x-ray tube?

Yes. We source the tube, install it, season it and verify calibration afterward.

What if the manufacturer no longer supports our room?

That's often where we're most useful. Tell us the make and model and we'll let you know what we can do.
